Roles:

1. The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow the preset collection process for training fee collection from our business coaching program students.

3. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business departments & Customers.

5. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the field of soft collections and delayed payments.

Responsibilities:

1. Rigorous Followup for Fee Collection
2. 
   Sending Reminders through Email, what’s app & telephone
3. 
   Following up for completion of document collections in case candidate chooses finance options
4. 
   Followup with a finance company for approval and disbursement of education loan
5. 
   Daily calls to all pending cases
6. 
   Preparing MIS and reporting to operations manager/ managing partner

Qualifications:

1. Strong organizational and communication skills
2. 
   Strong ability to deal with irate customers
3. 
   Previous work experience of finance company preferred
4.  
5. Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience in handling Collections in NBFC, Banks, Auto loans, Car loans, Fintech Companies.
6.  
7. which would have to lead the applicant to have handled a large number of customers.

Age Bracket – 28 to 32 Years

CTC – 2.5 – 3.5 Lakh Per/Year ( Negotiable)
